摘　　要：枸杞为茄科枸杞属植物,枸杞子是枸杞的成熟果实,为我国传统中药材,具有清除自由基、抗氧化、提高免疫力以及抑制细胞突变和肿瘤生长等药理作用,目前主要用于肿瘤以及高血脂、高血糖、动脉粥样硬化等一些老年疾病的辅助治疗。文章概述了枸杞中多糖、黄酮、色素等活性成分的研究概况及分析方法研究进展,并对枸杞活性成分的开发与利用进行了展望。Lycium barbarum is Lycium plant,is the ripe fruit of Chinese wolfberry. Wolfberry fruit is a traditional Chinese medicine,which has improved immunity,anti-oxidation,scavenging free radicals and other pharmacological effects,mainly it was used for auxiliary treatment of cancer,diabetes,atherosclerosis and other diseases of the elderly. In this paper,the research progress of the active components of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,flavonoids and pigments and the analysis methods were summarized,and the development of the active components of Lycium barbarum was prospected.
