眼针疗法联合体针治疗脑卒中急性期假性球麻痹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨眼针疗法联合体针治疗脑卒中急性期假性球麻痹的临床疗效观察。方法：收集我院收治的脑卒中急性期假性球麻痹患者66例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各33例,对照组给予现代医学治疗,应用抗血小板、抗凝、改善微循环及联合营养神经类药物;治疗组在对照组基础上,予以眼针联合体针治疗,每日针刺1次,两组患者均治疗4周。比较4周后两组患者的临床疗效、洼田饮水试验、神经功能缺损评分与差值及中医证候积分情况。结果：治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率为84.85%,对照组临床总有效率为54.54%,治疗组较对照组改善显著,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;对比两组患者治疗后洼田饮水实验结果,治疗组较对照组改善显著,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;对比两组患者神经功能缺损情况,治疗组改善较为明显,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组比较治疗后中医证候积分情况,治疗组的中医证候积分降低较对照组显著,两组结果有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：眼针联合体针针对脑卒中急性期假性球麻痹具有较好的治疗作用,可起到疏通血脉、改善循环、促进气血运行的功效,缓解甚或消除临床症状,促进神经功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture therapy on supranuclear paralysis in the acute stage of stroke. Methods：66 patients with supranuclear paralysis in the acute stage of stroke were collected from our hospital. Randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,33 cases in each group. The control group was given modern medical treatment,applying of antiplatelet,anticoagulant,improved microcirculation and combined nutritional neurotropic drugs;The treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks,after treatment,to observe two groups clinical curative effect,water swallow test,neurological impairment score and scores of TCM syndrome. Results：After treatment,total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.85%,the clinical total effective rate of control group was 54.54%,the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）;Compared the neurological impairment score of two groups,the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）;Compared with the control group,the results of water swallow test showed that the treatment group than the control group improved significantly,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）;Compared the scores of TCM syndrome of two groups,the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group reduce more significantly than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture therapy on treating supranuclear paralysis in the acute stage of stroke have a better treatment effect.
