摘  要:目的:探讨柔肝化纤方联合自体骨髓干细胞治疗对肝衰竭患者T淋巴细胞、NK细胞、NKT细胞的影响及意义。方法:流式细胞术检测患者治疗各阶段的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞、NK细胞及NKT细胞水平,进行定量分析,比较各组间的差异。结果:联合治疗组外周血的NK细胞、NKT细胞比例在不同治疗时间段均优于单纯西医治疗组、单纯移植组,联合治疗组与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:乙肝肝衰竭患者外周血内的T细胞和NK细胞的变化,患者机体免疫状况的变化,对判断患者的免疫功能、移植干细胞的成功率、病情及预后具有重要的临床意义。Objective:To investigate the effect and its significance of Rougan Huaxian Decoction combined with autologous bone marrow stem cells transplantation on T lymphocytes, NK cells and NKT cells in patients with liver failure. Methods:Flow cytometry was used to measure the level of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+ T cells,NK cells and NKT cells in each stage of treatment,and to compare the differences between groups. Results:The ratio of NK cells and NKT cells in peripheral blood of the combined treatment group was better than that of single existing Western medicine treatment group and simple transplantation group in different treatment periods. The difference was statistically significant between the combined treatment group and the other two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The changes of T cells and NK cells in peripheral blood in patients with hepatitis B liver failure,the changes in the body's immune status have important clinical significance for judging the patient's immune function,the success rate,condition and prognosis of transplanted stem cells.
