眼针治疗帕金森病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察眼针治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法：将60例帕金森病患者随机分为眼针组和治疗组（头体针组）。两组患者都给予原有常规剂量美多巴口服。采用帕金森病评定量表及中医老年颤证疗效评定标准评定疗效。观察两组总有效率改善情况。结果：眼针组与治疗组老年颤证功能障碍积分、帕金森综合量表（UPRDS）总有效率改善比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：眼针治疗帕金森病的临床疗效明显优于头体针。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Methods：Sixty Parkinson＇s disease patients were randomly divided into eye acupuncture group and treatment group. Both groups were given the original conventional dose of metopar. Selection of Parkinson＇s disease rating scale and Chinese elderly treated syndrome evaluation criteria curative effect. To observe the improvement situation of clinical efficacy of two groups. Results：There was a significant difference in the improvement of the total effective rate between the eye acupuncture group and the treatment group（P0.05）for the elderly patients with tremor dysfunction score and Parkinson＇s disease comprehensive scale（UPRDS）. Conclusion：The efficacy of eye acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease is better than that of the scalp and body acupuncture.
