摘　　要：柴胡桂枝汤是《伤寒论》中治疗太少两感之方,现代临床治疗精神、神经系统、消化系统、运动系统、呼吸系统等疾病有独特优势,综述了近年来柴胡桂枝汤临床应用现况及临床研究新进展,为经方的进一步开发提供理论和实践依据。Chaihu Guizhi Decoction is a prescription for treating exogenous pathogens both in the Taiyang meridian and the Shaoyang meridian from Treatise on Febrile Diseases. The modern clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction has unique advantages,mainly for the treatment of nervous system,digestive system,motor system,respiratory system and other diseases. This article summarizes the clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in recent years and new progresses in clinical research,providing theoretical and practical basis for the further development of Zhongjing recipe.
