摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲料花生四烯酸(ARA)水平对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼生长性能、抗氧化能力、血清生化指标以及肝脏和肌肉脂肪酸组成的影响。通过在基础饲料中添加ARA纯化油,制成ARA水平分别为0.04%、0.17%、0.35%、0.66%、1.29%和2.16%(干物质基础)的等氮等脂的试验饲料(分别命名为S1、S2、S3、S4、S5和S6)。将上述饲料投喂初始体重为(23.77±0.98)g的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼,每种饲料设3个重复,每个重复投喂30尾鱼,试验期为8周。结果表明:1)特定生长率(SGR)和饲料效率(FE)随饲料ARA水平的升高均呈先升高后降低的趋势,且SGR和FE均在S4组有最大值,均显著高于S1组(P<0.05)。全鱼和肝脏粗脂肪含量均在S3组最低,显著低于S5和S6组(P<0.05)。2)S4组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)与S3组差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于S1与S6组(P<0.05)。S3与S4组肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于S1和S6组(P<0.05)。3)血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性均在S4组最低,且显著低于S1与S6组(P<0.05)。4)肝脏和肌肉中C20∶3n-6和C20∶4n-6含量随饲料ARA水平的提高而显著升高(P<0.05),而C18∶3n-6、C20∶5n-3和C22∶6n-3含量则随之有不同程度的下降。由此得出,饲料中适宜水平(0.35%~0.66%)的ARA能够促进珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼的生长,提高抗氧化能力与肝脏健康水平,以SGR与FE作为评价指标,经折线模型回归分析得出珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼饲料中ARA的适宜水平分别为饲料干重的0.45%和0.56%。An 8-week feeding experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary arachidonic acid(ARA) level on growth performance, antioxidant ability, serum biochemical parameters and fatty acid com-position in liver and muscle of juvenile hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀×Epinephelus lanceolatus ).Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated with the ARA level of 0. 04%, 0. 17%, 0. 35%,0.66%, 1.29% and 2.16% ( dry matter basis) ( named S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and S6, separately) , respective-ly. Each diet had 3 replicates and each replicate cultured 30 juvenile hybrid grouper with an initial body weightof (23.77±0.98) g. The results showed as follows: 1) the specific growth rate ( SGR) and feed efficiency(FE) increased at first, and then decreased with the increase of dietary ARA level, which reaching their peaksat S4 group (P〈0.05) , and significantly higher than S1 group (P〈0.05) . The body and liver ether extractcontent of S3 group was the lowest, and significantly lower than that of S5 and S6 groups (P〈0.05) . 2) Theactivities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) , total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in liver ofS4 group were no significant differences with S3 group (P〉0.05) , but significantly higher than those of S1and S6 groups (P〈0.05) . The malondialdehyde (MDA) content in liver of S3 and S4 groups was significant-ly lower than that of S1 and S6 groups ( P〈0.05) . 3) The lowest values of the activities of aspartate amin-otransferase (AST) , cereal third transaminase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in serum were foundin S4 group, and significantly lower than those of S1 and S6 groups (P〈0.05) . 4) The contents of C20∶3n-6and C20∶4n-6 in liver and muscle were significantly increased with the increase of dietary ARA level, but thecontents of C18∶3n-6, C20∶5n-3 and C22 ∶6n-3 were decreased with different extents.
