摘 要:本试验旨在研究持续热应激对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、器官指数、血清生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响。选取35日龄健康黄羽肉鸡192只,随机分为常温组和持续热应激组,每组8个重复,每个重复12只鸡。常温组温度为(26±0.5)℃,持续热应激组给予34℃的持续热应激,相对湿度均为55%左右。试验期14 d。结果表明:热应激3 d,持续热应激组血清中尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、钙离子(Ca2+)含量以及肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、一氧化氮(NO)含量显著低于常温组(P<0.05)。热应激7 d,持续热应激组血清中总胆固醇(T-CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量和肝脏中NO含量显著高于常温组(P<0.05),血清中TG、NO含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于常温组(P<0.05)。热应激14 d,持续热应激组的体重(BW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著低于常温组,料重比(F/G)显著高于常温组,血清中葡萄糖(GLU)和TG含量显著高于常温组(P<0.05)。综上所述,持续热应激能降低黄羽肉鸡生长性能,影响机体脂肪代谢,降低机体的抗氧化功能。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of persistent heat stress on grow th performance,organ indices,serum biochemical indices and antioxidant function of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 192 healthy 35-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into normal group and persistent heat stress group with 8 replicates per group and 12 chicks per replicate.Broilers in persistent heat stress group were given a persistent heat stress at 34 ℃,while(26±0.5) ℃ in normal group.The relative humidity is about 55%.The experiment lasted for 14 days.The results showed as follow s:after heat stress for 3 days,the contents of uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG) and calcium ion(Ca^2+) in serum and the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),the content of nitric oxide(NO) in liver of persistent heat stress group were significantly lower than those of the normal group(P〈0.05).After heat stress for 7 days,the contents of total cholesterol(T-CHO),high density lipoprotein(HDL) in serum and NO content in liver of persistent heat stress group were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P〈0.05),while the contents of TG,NO and the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum were significantly lower than those of the normal group(P〈0.05).After heat stress for 14 days,the body weight,average daily gain(ADG) and average daily feed intake(ADFI) of persistent heat stress group were significantly lower than those of the normal group(P〈0.05),while the ratio of feed to gain was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P〈0.05),the contents of glucose(GLU) and TG in serum were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P 0.05).In summary,persistent heat stress can decrease the grow th performance,affect the metabolism of fat and reduce the body antioxidant function of yellow-feathered broilers.
