摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加高剂量茶多酚对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清脂质代谢指标和肝脏脂质代谢相关基因表达的影响。选用480羽65周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡作为试验动物,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加666、1 333和2 666 mg/kg茶多酚(纯度为63.58%,其中儿茶素含量为40.20%)的试验饲粮,预试期2周,正试期9周。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,添加2 666 mg/kg茶多酚显著降低产蛋率(第1~3周、第4~6周和第1~9周)、平均日采食量(第1~3周、第4~6周、第7~9周和第1~9周),显著升高料蛋比(第1~3周和第4~6周); 1 333和2 666 mg/kg茶多酚组的平均蛋重在第1~3周、第4~6周和第1~9周显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加2 666 mg/kg茶多酚显著提高第2周哈夫单位(P<0.05),且显著降低第2周蛋壳比率(P<0.05);饲粮添加1 333 mg/kg茶多酚显著提高第4周哈夫单位(P<0.05),且显著降低第2周蛋壳比率(P<0.05);饲粮添加666、1 333和2 666 mg/kg茶多酚均显著降低第9周蛋黄胆固醇含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加666、1 333和2 666 mg/kg茶多酚对蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色、蛋黄比率、蛋白比率及蛋黄脂肪酸组成均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加666、1 333和2 666 mg/kg茶多酚显著降低血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05),饲粮添加1 333和2 666 mg/kg茶多酚显著降低血清甘油三酯含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加666、1 333和2 666 mg/kg茶多酚显著提高肝脏腺苷酸激活蛋白激酶(AMPK) mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加高剂量(1 333和2 666 mg/kg)的茶多酚会降低蛋鸡产蛋后期的生产性能,但可以提高鸡蛋的哈夫单位,降低血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量及蛋黄胆固醇含量,并上调肝脏AMPK基因的表达。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding high doses of tea polyphenols(TP)into diets on performance,egg quality and serum lipometabolism parameters and hepatic lipometabolism-related gene expression of laying hens during later laying period.A total of 480 Lohmann laying hens(65-week-old)were randomly allotted into 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.The laying hens in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 666,1 333 and 2 666 mg/kg TP(its purity reached 63.58%,and the content of catechin in it was40.20%),respectively.There was a pretrial period of 2 weeks followed by an experimental period of 9 weeks.The results showed as follow s:1) compared with the control group,adding 2 666 mg/kg TP significantly decreased the laying rate of week 1 to 3,4 to 6 and 1 to 9(P〈0.05),significantly decreased the average daily feed intake of week 1 to 3,4 to 6,7 to 9 and 1 to 9(P〈0.05),and significantly increased the feed/egg of week 1 to 3 and 4 to 6(P〈0.05);adding 1 333 and 2 666 mg/kg TP significantly decreased the average egg weight of week 1 to 3,4 to 6 and 1 to 9(P〈0.05).2) Compared with the control group,adding2 666 mg/kg TP significantly increased the Haugh unit of week 2(P〈0.05),and significantly decreased the eggshell ratio of week 2(P〈0.05);adding 1 333 mg/kg TP significantly increased the Haugh unit of week 4(P〈0.05),and significantly decreased the eggshell ratio of week 2(P〈0.05);adding 666,1 333 and2 666 mg/kg TP significantly decreased egg yolk cholesterol content of week 9(P〈0.05);adding 666,1 333 and 2 666 mg/kg TP did not significantly affect the eggshell strength,egg yolk color,egg yolk ratio,albumen ratio and egg yolk fatty acid composition(P〉0.05).3) Compared with the control group,adding 666,1 333 and 2 666 mg/kg TP significantly decreased the serum total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterin�
