摘 要:本试验旨在研究丁酸梭菌和乳酸菌对乳鸽生长性能、血清生化指标、小肠消化酶活性及肠道形态的影响。选取相同繁殖周期的种鸽84对和同日出雏的1日龄乳鸽252只,每对种鸽哺育3只乳鸽,随机分成7组,每组6个重复,每个重复2对种鸽和6只乳鸽。对照组(A组)饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组(B组)在基础饲粮中添加150 mg/kg金霉素,试验组(C、D、E、F、G组)分别在基础饲粮中添加5×107、1×108、2×108CFU/kg丁酸梭菌,5×109CFU/kg乳酸菌和5×109CFU/kg乳酸菌+1×108CFU/kg丁酸梭菌。试验期28 d。结果表明:1) G组乳鸽15~28日龄、1~28日龄时的平均日增重及28日龄时的体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与抗生素组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组和抗生素组相比,除E组乳鸽的血清总蛋白(TP)和总胆固醇(TC)含量外,丁酸梭菌和乳酸菌显著提高血清TP和白蛋白(ALB)含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清TC含量(P<0.05); G组的血清甘油三酯(TG)和尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组和抗生素组相比,G组乳鸽的十二指肠内容物中胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性和C组的十二指肠内容物中淀粉酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,G组乳鸽的十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)显著升高,隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05); D和G组的十二指肠黏膜厚度显著升高(P<0.05); C和D组的空肠、回肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。与抗生素组相比,G组的十二指肠黏膜厚度及空肠、回肠V/C显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,在种鸽饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌和乳酸菌能促进乳鸽生长,改善血清生化指标,提高小肠消化酶活性,且对乳鸽的肠道形态有很好的改善作用。在本试验条件下,丁酸梭菌和乳酸菌复合添加的效果优于单独添加,且单独添加以D组的效果为最好。This study was designed to investigate the effects of Clostridium butyrate and Lactobacillus on grow th performance,serum biochemical indexes,intestinal digestive enzymes activities and intestinal morphology of squabs.Eight-four pairs of pigeons during the same breeding period and 252 1-day-old squabs were selected,and 3 squabs were fed by 1 pair of pigeons.The pigeons and squabs were randomly divided into 7 groups with 6 replicates per group and 2 pairs of pigeons and 6 squabs per replicate.Pigeons in control group(group A) were fed a basal diet,those in antibiotic group(group B) were fed the basal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg chlortetracycline,and the others in experimental groups(groups C,D,E,F and G) were fed the basal diets supplemented with 5×10^7,1×10^8,2×10^8 CFU/kg Clostridium butyrate,5×10^9 CFU/kg Lactobacillus and 5×10^9 CFU/kg Lactobacillus +1×10^8 CFU/kg Clostridium butyrate,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follow s:1) average daily gain at 15 to 28 days of age and 1 to 28 days of age and body weight at 28 days of age of squabs in group G were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05),but there were no significant differences between group G and antibiotic group(P〉0.05).2) Compared with control group and antibiotic group,Clostridium butyrate and Lactobacillus significantly increased the contents of total protein(TP) and albumin(ALB) in serum and significantly decreased the content of total cholesterol(TC) in serum of squabs except for the contents of TP and TC in serum in group E(P〈0.05).The contents of triglyceride(TG) and urea nitrogen(UN) in serum in group G were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0.05).3) Compared with control group and antibiotic group,the activities of trypsin,lipase and amylase in duodenal contents of squabs in group G and the activity of amylase in duodenal contents in group C were significantly increased(P〈0.05).4) Compared wi
