摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA(Plan, Do, Check, Action)循环在提高医院制剂微生物限度检查合格率中的应用,确保产品质量和用药安全。方法:对我院医院制剂(洗剂和合剂)成品和半成品微生物限度检查结果进行统计分析,采用PDCA循环管理方法,以微生物限度检查合格率为评价指标,对实施PDCA循环前后3个月的微生物限度检查结果进行比较。结果:2016年12月至2017年5月,制剂成品合格率由最低62.50%提高到100%。结论:PDCA循环管理模式应用于医院制剂质量管理过程,有效提高了微生物限度检查合格率,可在医院制剂生产管理过程中推广运用。Objective： To improve the qualified rate of hospital preparations microorganism limitation, and ensure product quality and safety. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed microorganism limitation test results of the preparation production in our hospital（lotion and mixture）. PDCA（Plan, Do, Check, Action） cycle management method was applied, and to use the qualified rate of hospital preparations microorganism limitation as the index of evaluation. The results were compared between before and after 3 months the implementation of the PDCA cycle. Results： From December 2016 to May 2017, the percentage of finished products was increased from62.50% to 100%. Conclusion： The PDCA Cycle Mode is applied to the hospital preparation quality management process, which effectively improves the qualified rate of microorganism limitation, and can be popularized and applied in the process of hospital preparation production management.
