摘  要:医学院校开设《生物工程下游技术》课程,让学生通过本课程的学习,掌握生物工程产品下游制造技术的科学本质,理解、掌握传统技术基础,接受新概念、新知识、新技术,为今后的科学研究、技术开发和工程应用作好理论准备。该课程涉及大量专业知识,内容也比较复杂,对学生的思维能力、学习能力有极高的要求,对此教师要注重对课堂教学方法的改革,提升课堂教学效率,确保每个学生都能掌握与生物工程下游技术相关的最前沿知识。本文简述医学院校《生物工程下游技术》教学中存在的问题,并提出了具体可行的课程改革策略。The study of " Downstream of Biotechnology" in medical college,will make students master the scientific nature of downstream manufacturing technology for bioengineering products,understand and grasp the traditional technology and accept the new concepts,new knowledge and new technology,which will make theoretical preparation for future scientific research,technology development and engineering application. This course involves a lot of professional knowledge and the content is also complicated,so high requirements will be needed for student's thinking and learning ability. The teachers should focus on the reform of classroom teaching methods and improve classroom teaching efficiency to ensure that every student has the most up-to-date knowledge of the downstream of biotechnology. In this paper,the existing problems for the teaching of the downstream of biotechnology in medical college are briefly described and the specific and feasible reform strategies are proposed.
