摘 要:研究用数字技术结合铸造方法快速制作复杂金属零件,用扫描方法快速生成零件模型,研究了打印件渗蜡和浇铸收缩对模型进行补偿的方法;选择对称平面做模型的分型面,选用SLS方法和PS材料进行成型试验,优化了烧结工艺和后处理工艺。用处理好的打印件制作砂型,并浇铸。结果表明,利用这种方法可以快速制作复杂金属件,铸件性能符合要求,尺寸精度较高,时间周期只有传统方法的1/5,成本是传统方法的60%。The rapid production of complex metal parts by the combination of digital technology and casting method was studied.The model of part was fast generated by scanning method.The method of compensation for the model from the two shrinkage aspects of forming part during percolating and casting process was studied.The symmetrical plane was selected as the model's parting surface,SLS method and PS materials were selected for molding test,and sintering process and post-treatment process were optimized.The wood mold,sand mold and casting with the printed parts were prepared.The results show that this method can be used to make complex metal parts quickly,the casting performance meets the requirements,the size accuracy is high,the time cycle is only 1/5 of the traditional method,and the cost is 60% of the traditional method.
