摘  要:目的观察采用真空垫固定脊柱重度畸形肿瘤患者调强放疗的摆位误差,为临床靶区勾画、计划设定等提供参考。方法从22例脊柱畸形患者中侧重选取5名重度脊柱畸形患者,利用单个或多个负压真空垫协同固定,利用EPID对每位患者的前5次和随后每周一次的摆位误差进行对比测量。结果测量的摆位误差分别为:左右方向(X)(0.321±0.135)mm、头脚方向(Y)(0.582±0,208)cm、前后方向(Z)(0.417±0. 166)cm。结论利用真空体垫固定脊柱重度畸形肿瘤患者进行调强放疗的摆位误差可以接受。Objective The positioning error of intensity modulated radiotherapy for patients with severe spinal deformity with vacuum pad fixation was observed, providing reference for clinical target drawing and planning setting. Methods Five patients with severe spinal deformity were selected from the 22 patients with spinal deformity. The first 5 times and the next weekly positioning errors of each patient were compared and measured using EPID through the cooperative fixation of single or multiple negative pressure vacuum pads. Results The measured positioning errors were: left and right (X) (0.321 + 0.135) mm, head and foot (Y) (0.582 + 0.208) cm, and back and forth (Z) (0.417 + 0.166) cm. Conclusion The positioning error of imrt for patients with severe spinal deformity with vacuum pad fixation is acceptable.
