摘　　要：为了研究黄曲霉毒素B1（AFB1）对小鼠生长状况及肝脏变化的影响,试验将30只健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分为3组,每组10只。毒素组小鼠经口灌服AFB1溶液（按体重300μg/kg）,空白对照组和溶剂对照组小鼠分别经口灌服相同体积的生理盐水和DMSO溶液（按体重300μL/kg）,试验期为8周,观察小鼠AFB1中毒时的临床症状及剖检后的肝脏变化,同时记录小鼠体重并计算肝脏指数。结果表明：给小鼠灌服AFB1,小鼠体重下降,除3周龄外,其余周龄与空白对照组相比均显著下降（P〈0. 05）。肝脏肿大,肝脏指数升高,但与空白对照组和溶剂对照组相比差异不显著（P〉0. 05）。说明AFB1影响小鼠生长发育,可引起肝脏损伤。To investigate the effects of aflatoxin B1 （AFB 1 ） on growth and liver changes in mice, thirty healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, 10 in each group. The mice in the toxin group were orally administered with AFBI solution （by weight 300 p,g/kg） , the control group and the vehicle group were orally administered with the same volume of physiological saline and DMSO solution （ by weight 300 μL/kg）. The trial period is 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms of AFB1 poisoning in mice and the liver changes after necropsy were observed, and the body weight of the mice was recorded and the liver index was calculated. The results showed that the weight of the mice was reduced, except 3 weeks old, the rest weeks old were significantly decreased compared with the blank control group （P〈0.05）.The liver was swollen and the liver index was increased in AFBI group. But there was no significant difference compared with the control group and the vehicle group （P〉0. 05）.The results indicated that AFB1 can affect the growth of mice and cause liver injury.
