摘　　要：目的探讨两种不同根尖倒充填材料用于根尖外科手术的疗效观察。方法选取2015年4月-2017年4月本院口腔科收治的86例均行显微根尖手术治疗的慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,按不同根尖倒充填材料分为实验组和对照组,各43例,实验组采用iRoot BP根管倒充填材料,对照组采用无机三氧化聚合物(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)根管倒充填材料,比较两组倒充填材料固化时间,术后均随访至1年,采用影像学评价两组手术疗效。结果实验组倒充填材料固化时间早于对照组,经组间成组t检验(P<0.01)。术后随访至1年,实验组手术成功率94.12%显著高于对照组81.13%,经χ2检验(P<0.05)。结论生物陶瓷(iRoot BP)根管充填应用于显微根尖手术治疗慢性根尖周炎,可以提高患牙治疗成功率,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of two different apical filling materials for apical surgery. Methods From April 2015 to April 2017, 86 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis treated by microsurgery were selected and divided into the experimental group（43 cases）and the control group（43 cases）according to different apical filling materials. The experimental group was treated with iRoot BP root canal filling material, the control group was treated with inorganic trioxide polymer（mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA）. The curing time of the two groups was compared. All the patients were followed up to 1 year after operation. Imaging was used to evaluate the curative effect of the two groups. Results The curing time of the backfilling material in the experimental group was earlier than that of the control group, and it was tested by t test among groups（P 〈0.01）. The successful rate of operation in the experimental group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（81.13%）, through χ2 test,（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Bioceramics（iRoot BP）root canal filling used in microapical surgery for chronic periapical periodontitis which can improve the success rate of the treatment of teeth, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
