摘 要:采用水煮法、100℃蒸汽处理法和覆膜加热法对奥古曼进行软化处理,探讨不同处理条件对其不同方向屈服强度的影响,并观测处理前后试件的含水量变化。结果表明覆膜加热法下的奥古曼试件的屈服强度虽有所降低,但远高于水煮法和100℃蒸汽处理法处理的试件,试件的水分含量随处理温度的升高及处理时间的延长而降低;水煮法奥古曼试件的屈服强度随处理温度的升高及处理时间的延长而降低,试件的水分含量随处理温度的升高及处理时间的延长而提高;100℃蒸汽处理法奥古曼试件的屈服强度也随处理时间的延长而降低,略高于水煮法处理试件,但相差不大,试件的水分含量随处理时间的延长而提高,但提高幅度明显小于水煮处理试件,因而优选100℃蒸汽处理法作为奥古曼压缩密实前的软化处理方法。3种方法处理前后奥古曼径向屈服强度均明显高于弦向和45°方向,可见奥古曼弦向和45°方向较径向更容易被压缩。Okoume specimens were softened by means of water-boiling method,100 ℃ steam treatmentand heating method with cling film wrapped. The effects of different treatment conditions on the yieldstrength in different directions of Okoume were discussed,and the moisture content of the specimen be-fore and after the treatment was observed.The results showed that although the yield strength of Okoumespecimens treated in heating method with cling film wrapped was reduced,which was far higher than thespecimens treated in water-boiling method and 100 ℃ steam treatment,the moisture content of the speci-men decreased with the increase of the treatment temperature and the extension of the treatment time;theyield strength of Okoume specimens treated in water-boiling method decreased with the increase of thetreatment temperature and the extension of the treatment time,the moisture content of the specimen in-creased with the increase of the treatment temperature and the extension of the treatment time;the yield strength of Okoume specimens treated in 100 ℃ steam treatment decreased with the extension of the treat-ment time,which was slightly higher than the ones treated in water-boiling method,the moisture contentof the specimen increased with the extension of the treatment time,however,the increase is significantlyless than the ones treated in water-boiling method,thus 100 ℃ steam treatment was optimized as the soft-ening method of Okoume before compression;the radial yield strength was significantly higher than thetangential and 45° direction before or after the treatment by the three methods; thus the tangential and45° direction of Okoume was more easily compressed than the radial direction.
