摘 要:目的探讨功能性电刺激对脑瘫患儿上肢功能的康复效果。方法随机选取2017年1月至12月脑瘫患儿100例为研究对象,患儿上肢均存在一定程度的功能障碍。依据治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复训练基础上给予功能性电刺激治疗。比较治疗前后两组患儿上肢精细运动能力和日常生活活动能力评分,如抓握项目、精细运动能力评定表(FMFM)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)和上肢运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)。结果治疗前两组患儿抓握评分、FMFM评分、MBI评分和FMA评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后,两组患儿各项评分均较治疗前增高,且观察组患儿抓握评分、FMFM评分、MBI评分和FMA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论功能性电刺激能有效激活失活和休眠状态下的肌肉组织及神经纤维,可提高患儿手指抓握能力和上肢精细运动能力,改善患儿日常生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of functional electrical stimulation on upper limb functional rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 100 children with cerebral palsy were randomly selected from January 2017 to December 2017,and the upper limbs of the children had a certain degree of dysfunction. According to the treatment method,they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given functional electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. The fine motor ability and activity ability of the upper limbs in two groups were compared before and after treatment,such as grasping item,fine Exercise Ability Rating Table( FMFM),Modified Barthel index( MBI) and upper limb motor Function Fugl-meyer score( FMA). Results In the two groups of patients before treatment,the difference of grasping score,FMFM score,MBI score and FMA score were not significant( P〉 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of the two groups of children were higher than before treatment,and the observation group's grasping score,FMFM score,MBI score and FMA score were higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant( P〈 0. 05). Conclusions Functional electrical stimulation can effectively activate inactive and dormant muscle tissue and nerve fiber,can improve the finger grasping ability and fine motor ability of the upper limbs,can improve the quality of daily life of children.
