One patient survived 36 months after surgery for gastric small cell carcinoma

摘　　要：胃小细胞癌（Smail Cell Carcinoma of Stomach，SCCS）是—种高度恶性的神经内分泌肿瘤，约占胃恶性肿瘤的0．6％。临床上SCCS误诊率较高。SCCS病情进展迅速，预后极差，患者生存期几乎都在1年内。本例未予以放化疗，仅服用中药治疗，最终存活36个月，实属罕见。SCCS is a highly malignant neuroendocrine tumor, accounting for about 0.6% of gastric malignancies. In clinical work, the misdiagnosis rate of SCCS is high. The progression of SCCS is rapid and the prognosis is very poor. The survival time of patients is almost within I years. The patient was not treated with radiochemotherapy, and only treated with Chinese medicine. It was rare to survive for 36 months.
