摘　　要：探讨体外诊断试剂"两票制"的采购模式特点,以及对流通领域和医疗机构的影响。通过对体外诊断试剂购销领域的现状分析,阐述了实施"两票制"的重要意义及后续影响,指出了医疗机构面临的机遇与挑战,提出了相应的对策与措施。体外诊断试剂采购"两票制"的实施,将降低价格、提升质量和服务。体外诊断试剂采购"两票制"的新模式即将形成,是该领域发展的必然趋势,有利于行业的良性发展,最终惠及广大患者。To discuss the characteristics of ＂two-vote system＂ procurement model for in vitro diagnostic reagents and the effects on circulation fields and medical institutions. Current status of purchase and sale of in vitro diagnostic reagents was analyzed to explain the significance and influence of ＂two-vote system＂, as well as opportunities and challenges of medical institutions, and countermeasures and measures was proposed accordingly. The implementation of ＂two-vote system＂ for in vitro diagnostic reagents will reduce prices, improve quality and service. The emerging ＂two-vote system＂ is an inevitable trend, which conducive to the benign development of the industry, and ultimately benefit the majority of patients.
