摘 要:随着航空机载测试技术的发展以及测试指标的变化,机载测试技术完成了从传统现场总线到网络化的变迁。目前,使用工业以太网EtherCAT技术构建的飞机机载测试系统已是发展的趋势。一般来说,目前的网络技术带宽等指标足以满足现代测试系统需求,但实时性问题一直是基于网络的测试系统面临的主要问题。虽然EtherCAT技术针对系统实时性优化了系统结构并引入了时间敏感网络等技术,但对于用于飞机测试等复杂测试领域,基于EtherCAT技术测试系统的实时性仍需进一步测试及验证。首先构建了基于EtherCAT技术测试系统,然后通过改变从站个数等因素测试系统实时性。实验表明,基于EtherCAT技术的测试系统满足飞机测试系统实时性要求,在机载测试系统领域有极大的应用前景。The onboard test system has accomplished the revolution from field bus to the network with the increasing development of the aerial test technology and its demands.Nowadays, EtherCAT technology, which is a popular industrial Ethernet, is the trend for the onboard test system. Normally, the bandwidth and some other features can fit requirements of modern test system. However, the problem of real-time feature hasbeen a problem for most network-based test systems. Although EtherCAT technology has optimized the system topology and imported many other techniques,eg., TSN, to improve its real-time feature, the real performance of the system's real-time feature must be evaluated before it can be deployedin onboard test system or other sophisticated test systems. This paper firstly built a real physical platform based on EtherCAT and then evaluated the performance of its real-time feature. Experimental results show that the real-time performance of EtherCAT technology can meet the requirement of onboard test system.
