非糖尿病患者玻璃体积血126例病因分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨非糖尿病患者玻璃体积血的病因及疾病特点.方法 回顾性分析2016年3月至2018年3月漯河市中心医院收治的以玻璃体积血为诊断的126例非糖尿病患者的临床资料并行病因分析.结果 126例非糖尿病患者中,眼外伤、视网膜静脉周围炎、视网膜静脉阻塞、视网膜裂孔、老年性黄斑变性所导致的玻璃体积血占比高达93.6％.青年组中眼外伤及视网膜静脉周围炎者较多,中青年组中眼外伤及视网膜裂孔者较多,老年组中老年性黄斑变性及视网膜静脉阻塞所致玻璃体积血者较多.结论 非糖尿病患者中导致玻璃体积血的常见病因为眼外伤、视网膜静脉周围炎、视网膜静脉阻塞、视网膜裂孔、老年性黄斑变性.不同年龄段病因分布各有不同.Objective To investigate the etiology and disease characteristics of vitreous hemorrhage in non-diabetic patients .Methods The clinical data of 126 non-diabetic patients with vitreous hemorrhage who were treated in Luohe Central Hospital from Match 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed , and then etiological analysis was complimented .Results The ratio of ocular trauma, eales disease , retinal vein occlusion , retinal hole and age-related macular degeneration on 126 non-diabetic patients were up to 93.6％.The common causes in young patients were ocular trauma and eales disease , and the common causes in middle-age patients were ocular trauma and retinal hole , but the causes in elderly patients were age-related macular degeneration and retinal vein occlusion . Conclusions Ocular trauma , eales disease , retinal vein occlusion , retinal hole and age-related macular degeneration are the main causes of vitreous hemorrhagein non-diabetic patients .The main causes for different age groups are various .
