摘 要:目的探讨数码听觉统合训练对行为问题儿童感觉统合功能与智商的改善作用。方法随机选取2013年5月至2015年11月湛江市妇幼保健院收治的行为问题儿童149例,依据训练方法将其分为两组,即数码听觉统合训练组(n=75)和常规训练组(n=74),对两组患儿的临床疗效及智商(IQ)进行统计分析。结果数码听觉统合训练组患儿治疗的总有效率为92.0%(69/75),显著高于常规训练组的78.4%(58/74)(χ~2=11.14,P<0.05)。数码听觉统合训练组IQ测试评分<70分、70~79分、智力低下的比例均显著低于常规训练组(χ~2值分别为3.68、4.02、3.87,均P<0.05),90~109分的比例显著高于常规训练组(χ~2=4.06,P<0.05),但80~89分、110~119分、120~129分、≥130分的比例差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论数码听觉统合训练能够有效地改善行为问题儿童感觉统合功能与智商,值得在临床推广。Objective To research the improvement effects of digital auditory integration training on sensory integration and intelligence of children with behavior problems.Methods Totally 149 children with behavior problems admitted in Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health-Care Centre from May 2013 to November 2015 were randomly selected,and they were divided into two groups according to training methods,namely digital auditory integration training group(n=75)and conventional training group(n=74).The clinical efficacy and IQ of two groups of children were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the digital auditory integration training group was 92.0%(69/75),which was significantly higher than that in the conventional training group(78.4%,58/74)(χ~2=11.14,P〈0.05).The proportions of cases whose IQ scores lower than 70 points,in the range of 70-79 points,and those of mental retardation in the digital auditory integration training group were significantly lower than those in the conventional training group(χ2 value was 3.68,4.02 and 3.87,respectively,all P〈0.05),but the proportion of cases with IQ score in the range of 90-109 was significantly higher(χ2=4.06,P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in the proportions of cases with IQ scores in the range of 80-89,110-119,120-129 and over 130 between two groups(all P〈0.05).Conclusion Digital auditory integration training can effectively improve the sensory integration and intelligence of children with behavior problems,so it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
