摘 要:目的探讨绒毛染色体数目异常与胚胎停育的关系。方法应用荧光原位杂交法(FISH)对118例胚胎停育患者绒毛染色体数目进行检测,并了解胚胎停育患者绒毛染色体数目异常情况及其与患者年龄、流产次数之间的关系。结果1.118例胚胎停育患者中染色体数目正常62例(52.54%);染色体数目异常56例(47.46%)。常染色体数目异常者41例(34.75%),其中13-三体11例、16-三体10例、18-三体8例、21-三体5例、22-三体7例;多倍体6例(5.08%),嵌合体(包括Turner)3例(2.54%),其他异常者(常染色体缺失、性染色体缺失等)6例(5.08%)。2.绒毛染色体数目异常组年龄(31.20±6.27岁)与正常组(31.18±6.43岁)比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);3.流产次数2次及2次以上的染色体数目异常发生率(47.76%和47.06%),两者间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论染色体数目异常是胚胎停育的重要发病因素,其中常染色体三体最多见;胚胎停育绒毛染色体数目异常与孕妇年龄有关;流产次数与胚胎染色体数目异常无明确关系。Objective: To study the relationship between chromosome number abnormality of chorionic villus and embryo ternfinadon. Methods: (FISH) was used to detect the chromosome number ofchorionic villus in 118 cases of fetal arrest, and to understand the relationship between chromosome number of chorionic villus and the age of patients and the number of miscarriages. Results: 1.the chromosome number was normal in 62 cases (52.54%) and abnormal in 56 cases (47.46%) . There were 41cases (34.75%) with abnormal autosomal number, of which 11 cases were 13-trisomy, 10 cases were 16-trisomy. 8 cases were 18-trisomy, 5 cases were 21-trisomy and 7 cases were 22-trisomy, 6 cases were polyploid (5.08%) , 3 (2.54%) chimerism (including Turner) and 6 (5.08%) other abnormal cases (autosomal deletion, sex chromosome deletion, etc.) . 2.The age of abnormal chromosome number group (31.20±1.27 years) was significantly higher than that of normal group (31.18±6.43 years old) (P〈0.05) . 3.The incidence of chromosome number abnormality (47.76% and 47.06%) with two or more miscarriages had no statistical significance (P〉0.05) . Conclusion: Abnormal chromosome number is an important factor in the development of fetal suspension, among which autosomal trisomy is the most common, and the abnormal number of chromosomes in the chorionic villus of aborted embryo is related to the age of pregnant women. In this study, there was no clear relationship between the number of miscarriages and the number of chromosomes in embryos.
