摘　　要：在梳理文献的基础上,引入数据包络分析,结合运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等多种方法,搭建起数据包络分析模型,计算投入产出效率。最后针对中国科学技术大学图书馆的学科服务团队建设绩效评价进行实证分析,找出影响团队建设绩效差距的主要因素,并据此提出相应的建设对策。The discipline service team of university library is committed to providing in depth and professional discipline services for the teaching and research of the university, and supporting the discipline construction. Many domestic research universities have set up subject service of library, how to evaluate the construction of university library subject service team and explore effective discipline service team operation mode, thus become an important research topic. Based on literature review and with the introduction of data envelopment analysis, the paper takes calculation of input and output efficiency, makes analysis of service team in colleges and universities, find out the main factors influencing the subject service team construction, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for reference.
