摘　　要：目的探讨影响ICU护士生活质量的因素。方法 2015年7月至2016年2月采用一般情况调查表和生活质量量表(SF-36)对我省10所三级甲等医院的135名ICU护士进行问卷调查,分析确定影响ICU护士生活质量的因素。结果 ICU护士生活质量各维度普遍低于国内常模,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。其中年龄、学历、技术职称、月收入、子女状态和每月夜班数对ICU护士躯体健康和精神健康影响差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),性别、所在科室对护士精神健康和躯体健康影响差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 ICU护士生活质量普遍偏低,且受多重因素的影响,为提高ICU护士的生活质量,管理者和个人应采取积极有效的应对措施。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the life quality of ICU nurses. Methods To analyze and identify factors that influencing the quality of life of ICU nurses, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 135 ICU nurses in 10 tertimy hospitals in our province using the scale of basic conditions and quality of life scale （ SF - 36） from July 2015 to February 2016. Results The quality of life of ICU nurses in each dimension was generally lower than that of domestic norm, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Among them, age, educational background, technical title, monthly income, status of children and number of night shifts per month had significant effects on the physical and mental health of ICU nurses, and the difference was statistically mattered （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there was no statistical significance in the difference of gender and to which department they belong that affects nurses＇mental health and physical health（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The quality of life of ICU nurses was generally low and affected by many factors. In order to improve the quality of life of ICU nurses, managers and individuals should take active and effective measures.
