摘  要:为提升某国产SUV排气系统尾管声品质及振动性能,改进消声器内部结构并对声学改进后的排气系统振动性能进行稳健性优化。通过采用不同消声特性的消声单元,增大原消声器在某些频段的传递损失,改善消声器的消声效果;针对声学改进后的排气系统,建立以挂钩垂向动态反力极值及其标准差、吊耳的静态变形量和静反力标准差为优化目标的多目标稳健优化模型。振动性能优化结果表明,挂钩垂向动态反力极值及其标准差、吊耳静反力标准差都有明显降低。实车测试时怠速及三挡全油门(3WOT)工况下加速尾管噪声的总体及阶次噪声较原方案均有较大程度降低。To improve the sound quality and the vibration performance of a domestic SUV exhaust system, the inner structure of the muffler is optimized and the vibration performance of the improved exhaust system is optimized robustly. First of all, different sound elimination elements are used to enlarge the transmission loss of the silencer in some frequency bands so that the sound elimination effect of the silencer is improved. Then, a multi-objective robusmess optimization model is established with minimizing the static deflection and the standard deviation of the reaction force of the rubber hanger, and minimizing the extreme values of the vertical dynamic reaction forces transmitted to body and the standard deviations of the dynamic reaction forces of the hook as the targets. Results of the vibration performance optimization show that the amplitudes of the vertical dynamic reaction forces and their standard deviations of the hooks decrease significantly, and the reaction force uniformity of hangers is also improved. Finally, the tail pipe sound under idle speed condition and 3WOT accelerating condition is tested and both the total and the order sound pressure levels are improved significantly.
