摘  要:为实现某型导弹弹翼模态试验边界的转化,提出了一种基于模态综合理论实现某型导弹弹翼从自由模态参数到约束模态参数的转化方法。该方法分别对弹翼在自由与实际安装两种状态下进行模态试验,提取前三阶模态参数,利用自由模态综合法(参与模态综合的主模态谱矩阵和主模态振型矩阵由自由模态试验获得的模态频率和振型构成),将弹翼实际的约束边界等效为另一子结构,进行模态综合转化计算。计算结果与实际约束试验结果一致,证明了基于自由模态综合法实现该型导弹弹翼模态试验的边界转化是可行的,具有很强的工程应用价值。To achieve modal test boundary transformation of one missile wing, a transformation method from free modal parameters to constrained modal parameters was proposed based on the modal synthesis theory. Using this method, the tests on the missile wing under free and practical installed status were conducted and the first three order modal parameters were extracted. With the free modal synthesis method (where the principal mode spectrum matrix and the principal mode shape matrix were constituted of modal frequencies and shapes obtained from the free modal tests), the practical constraints of the missile wing were equivalent as a kind of sub-structure to realize the modal synthesis transformation calculation. The numerical calculation results are in good agreement with those from the practical constrained tests, demonstrating the feasibility of achieving the modal test boundary transformation of the missile wing based on the modal synthesis method and indicating its significant value in engineering application.
