摘 要:针对目前大多数振动测量方法存在测点数量有限、维度底、成本高的问题,基于Kinect传感器的散斑测距技术原理和采样频率,研究将其应用于实时测量振动物体表面所有点的振动信息,实现高维、全域、低成本的振动测量。通过测量实验,比较不同频率下Kinect传感器和力传感器测得的数据,结果表明了Kinect设备用于低频振动测量的可行性。The main weaknesses of traditional vibration measurement are that the limit measurement positions,low dimensions and with high cost.In this paper,the speckle ranging technique principle and sampling frequency applied into real-time four-dimensional measurement approach have been studied to obtain information from the surfaces of vibrating objects by using Kinect sensor.It can quickly obtain the measurement with four-dimensional information on the surface with lower cost.Through the measurement test,and by the comparison to different data measured by Kinect sensor and force sensor in different frequencies,the results show that Kinect sensor can be used in low-frequency vibration measurement.
