摘　　要：报告经CT证实的4例脑内小脓肿,其临床表现和予后与一般脑脓肿不同;除癫痫、头痛外,几乎没有什么发现。CT显示环形增强影和灶周的低密度水肿区。4例经非外科治疗痊愈。CT可以监视脑内小脓肿的吸收和进展。This paper reported 4 Cases of small cerebral abscess (<l,5cm) Confirmed by CT. The clinical manifestations and prognosis were different from general cerebral abscess. These patients had few clinical findings except epilepsy and headache. CT demostrated ring enhan cement and surrounding low density edema, using CT, nonsurgical managment of small cerebral abscess in the 4 cases has been followed by complete clinical recovery. CT had made it feasible to follew the resolution and evolution of small cerebral abseess.
