摘　　要：在阐述了虚拟化策略及企业供应链管理的概念的基础上,分析了虚拟化策略在供应链管理上的具体应用,并提出了供应链上各个企业在应用虚拟化策略时应注意的问题,以期对我国企业的经营管理有所启示与借鉴。Since 1990s in order to adupt the variable markot demands and the intensely international competi-tion,a new entorprise memagement notion---vivtnal strategy comes into being,a nd the application of vivtual strategy to enterprise supply chain management is especially attractiv e.Based upon the illustration of the concrpts of virtual stratogy and enterprise s upply chain management,this article andlyzes the concrete application of vivtvul strategy to enterpvise supply chain managcment,and proposes se veral problems that shonlcl be pald a t-terdion to when the erterprises adop t the vivtnal strategy.It is hoped th at this article may be helpful and can give some implications to our entnprise management.
