102例肺癌病人血清铜锌水平和铜/锌比值的研究

摘　　要：102例原发性肺癌病人的血清铜（SCL），血清锌（SZL）和铜锌比值（CZR）进行了观察，男性89例，女性13例，年龄30-75岁，252例健康人作为对照，肺癌病人男性SCL为1.267±0.278μg/ml，女性为1.468±0.416μg/ml，明显高于对照组，CZR男女性分别为1.445±0.560μg/ml和1.631±0.718μg/ml也显著高于对照组，但SZL两组男女性均无明显差别，本组病人还作了不同分期，P·S·值和存活时间的比较，发现病期愈晚，P·S·值愈低，存活时间愈短，其SCL愈高且组间差别明显而SZL和CZR则无明显差别。对肺癌病人的病情判断和予后估计，SCL比SZL更有价值，有可能成为一项实用的指标。The SCL, SZL and CZR of 102 cases of primary bronchogenic carcinoma (89 males, 13 females, aged 30-75) were observed, and the SCL, SZL and CZR from 252 health donors were also measured as control. The reselts showed that SCL and CZR of lung cancer patients were distinetly higher than those of the control groups (SCL: male patients 1.267 ± 0.278μg/ml, female patients 1.468 ±0. 416μg/ml CZR: male patients 1.445 ± 0.560μg/ml, female patients 1. 63±0.71μg/ml, But the SZL was no significant differences between the patients and control groups. The SCL were in well accord with the stages of diseases, P. S. values and the survival times. It is our consideration that SCL are more valuable than SZL in the judgement of disease condition and in the prognosis estimation, and the SCL may be an available indicator for clinical application.
