摘　　要：我院于1988年首创应用大剂量^(99m)Tc-MDP治疗骨转移癌取得成功。为从细胞水平探讨其作用机理,作者利用剂量为1、2、3、4mci的^(99m)Tc-MDP对指数生长的MCF-7细胞株作用进行剂量效应的实验研究。结果表明,加药24h以后,呈现肩段较窄和随后的指数性细胞存活曲线。显示低剂量^(99m)Tc-MDP对MCF-7细胞具有明显的杀伤作用。High dose 99mTc-MDP has been used at our hospital with success in the treatment of bone metastasis since 1988. An experimental study of l,2,3,4mci 99mTc-MDP on MCF-7 cells during their exponential growth has been carried out. 24 Hours after the administration the survival curve showed a narrow shoulder at the begining and then an exponential decay. The result revealed that a low dose of 99mTc-MDP had a distinct killing effect on the MCF-7 cells.
