食管癌及癌旁组织中p53、MDR基因改变的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨食管癌及癌旁组织中 p53、MDR基因的表达及其临床意义。 方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法及逆转录一聚合酶链反应的方法 ,对 50例食管癌和 37例癌旁组织中p53、MDR基因的表达情况进行检测。结果 :p53基因蛋白在食管癌中有显著表达 70 % (35/ 50 ) ,癌旁组织中有表达 62 % (2 3/37) ;其中在正常组织中占 36 % (5/ 1 4 ) ,在非典型增生中占 78% (1 8/ 2 3)。MDR基因在食管癌高、中、低分化中的表达水平有极显著意义 ,癌与正常组织中有极显著意义。在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小上 p53、MDR基因的表达无显著意义。结论 :p53、MDR基因在食管癌中均呈高水平表达 ,癌旁组织中MDR有表达 。Objective:To study clinicophathologic significance of expression of p53,multidrug resis tance(MDR)genes in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and cancerous tissue beside Methods:Histochemisty ABC and RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of p53,MDR genes in 50 carcinoma and 37 beside cancerous Results:p53 gene protein was markedly expressed 70%(35/50) in the Cancer,62%(23/37) in the CanCerous, 36%(5/14) in normal tissue and 70%(18/23) in atypical hyperplasia; Expression of Mdr-1 was marked difference,in turmor of high middle and low differentiation,expression of Mdr-1 was highes in cancer than in normal tissue, expression of Mdr-1 was no difference among group age,sex,size of tumor et al Conclusion:p53,MDR genes was high level expression in the esophagus carcinoma,MDR was expressioned in the beside cancerous,p53 gene mutation was early than change of histology form [
