摘　　要：顾问咨询是现代心理咨询者应发挥的专业职能之一 ,是提高心理咨询效益的有效途径 ,因此 ,它是专业心理咨询者所不应忽视。本文着重对顾问咨询的定义、顾问咨询与心理咨询的异同、顾问咨询者所应具备的品质、顾问咨询的实施步骤等内容进行了探讨 。Objective Consultation is one of professional functions which counselors need to focus on,and is the effetive way to improve counseling benefit.The definition of consultation,the different between consultation and counseling,the traits of consultants,and the stages in consultation will be discussed in this paper.We also analyzed the school counselors as consultants how to provide some consulting services as part of their professional responsibilities.
