TR与MIC在酵母菌的体外药敏试验中的临床应用

摘  要:目的 对 TR和 MIC值在酵母菌的体外药敏试验中的临床应用进行评价。方法 应用常规方法及 VITEK YBC鉴定酵母菌 ,采用微量稀释法测定 MIC值 ,分析酵母菌对 7种抗真菌药物耐药性。并计算 TR值 ,对 TR、MIC、血药峰值、给药途径进行综合分析。结果 所分离的酵母菌以白色念珠菌最多 ,共2 1 4株 ,占 78.1 %。其对 5 -氟胞嘧定高度敏感 ,其 TR与 MIC的几何均数之比亦最高 ,为 61 9.82 μg/ml(口服 2 0 0 0 mg)和 1 0 33.0 4μg/ml(静滴 2 0 0 0 mg)。结论 应用 TR与 MIC联合报告对指导临床选用最有效的抗菌药物和最佳给药途径具有重要意义 。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of TR and MIC values in antifugal susceptibility testing in vitro.Methods To identified yeasts by using routine methods and VITEK YBC MIC values were exmined by micro dillution test. Analysed the resistance 7species this genus to Amphotericin B,Ketoconazole,Miconazole,Itraconazole,Fluconazole,Fluorocytosine and Terbinafin.Calculate TR values,analysed report TR,MIC drug'speak,and the path of administration.Results There were,214 candida albicans among isolated yeasts,account for 78 1%.The test fungi showed the highest susceptibilities and TR MIC ratio to fluorocytosine;the TR MIC ratio were 619 82 μg/ml(orally 2 000 mg) and 1 033 04 μg/ml(intravenously guttae 2 000 mg).Conclusion The apply of TR and MIC is very significant to clinic.That can supply the most effective antibiotic and the best administration plan.That can help physicians to reduce dosage and adverse reaction of drugs.It also can makes drugs attain to the best germicidal efficacy.
