不同时间频率的图形视网膜电图对原发性开角型青光眼诊断的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨图形视网膜电图 (PERG)在不同时间频率对原发性开角型青光眼诊断的敏感性。方法 :将原发性开角型青光眼分为 3组 ,记录不同时间频率PERG的变化 ,并与正常组比较。结果 :可疑青光眼组在高时间频率 (6Hz以上 )时 ,PERG的b波振幅明显下降 ,异常率最高。结论 :PERG在原发性开角型青光眼的早期就已出现异常 ,可作为早期诊断的一项指标 ,这些异常用高时间频率检测更为明显。Objective:To investigate the sensibility of PERG on the diagnosis of POAG in different temperal frenquency.Method:The POAG patients were divided in to three group,The PERG were recorded in different temperal frenquency and then compared with normal group.Results:The b wave amplitude in suspect glaucoma group was lowered distinctly when the temperd frenquency is higher.Conclusion:The PERG can be abnormal when the POAG is still in its early stage,so it can be an index of early diagnosis and this is more obvious when the temperal frenquency is higher.
