摘　　要：信息技术打破了人们的传统习惯 ,改变了企业组织与管理体系的信息基础 ,从而引起了管理根本性的革命 。Informaiton technology breaks people traditional customs,and changes enterprise information base of organization and management,therefore leads to fundamental revolution on management.From improvement of information technology over key element of enterprise reengineering,this paper analyses the impact of informaiton technology over enterprise reengineering.
