经蝶窦显微手术结合X-刀治疗垂体侵袭性腺瘤

摘　　要：目的 :报告 8例垂体侵袭性腺瘤经蝶窦显微手术结合X -刀治疗的效果 .方法 :对于垂体侵袭性腺瘤 ,经蝶窦显微手术以解除肿瘤对视神经、视交叉的压迫为主 ,对不易切除的残余肿瘤行X -刀治疗 .结果 :通过临床症状、体征及影象学复查 ,随访 7个月～ 2 5a ,治疗效果明显 .结论 :对垂体侵袭性腺瘤采用经蝶窦显微手术结合XObjective: 8 cases of invading pituitary adenoma were treated by the way of transsphemoidal microscopical operation combined with X-knife. Methods: The main objective of surgical operation was to remove depression of tumor on optic nerve and optic chiasm. Treatment of X-knife to the residue of tumor after operation that was removed difficultly. Results: The surgical effects were evident according to the revision for clinical manifestations, signs and neuroradiological examinations of following-up for 7 months to 2.5 years. Conclusion: Transsphenoidal microscopical operation combined with X-knife treatment for Invading pituitary adenoma is a safe and effective way.
