自制标本袋在腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨自制标本袋在腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法 :应用电视腹腔镜技术及自制的标本袋为 12 0例卵巢肿瘤患者施术 (腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤挖出术 112例 ,附件切除术 8例 )。结果 :手术时间平均 70min ,与未用标本袋的同类手术相比 ,手术时间缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ;术后平均 2 4h患者胃肠功能恢复 ;术中平均出血 4 0ml ;4～ 6d出院。 2例发生轻微皮下气肿 ,无术后出血及腹膜炎发生。结论 :妇科腹腔镜手术使用自制标本袋有效地减低了腹腔及切口污染 ,减少了并发症的发生 。Objective:To evaluate the value of self-make specimen bag in laparosopic surgery in ovarian neoplasms Method:120 cases with ovarian neoplasms were operated with laparoscopy and self make specimen bag Among them,112 patients underwent ovarian neoplasms extraction,8 patients underwent adnexectomy Result:The average operation time was 70 minates and the time was shorter then the others without the bag Blood loss during operation was 40ml in mean Convafescent diet recovered after 24h of operation; hospitalization was 4 6d 2 patients had slight hy podermatic pneumatosis No post operative hemorrhage and peritonitis occurred Conclusions:The use of self-make specimen bag in laparoscopic surgery in ovarian tumors is simple and economical and has many advantages,such as less disturbance of pelvis,less incidences of complication,short enimp operation
