组织TGFβⅡ型受体表达与胃癌恶性表型的关系

摘　　要：目的　通过检测 2 9例胃癌病人组织TGFβⅡ型受体的mRNA水平 ,探讨它们与胃癌浸润和转移的关联性。方法　应用点杂交法和计算机灰度扫描分析组织TGFβⅡ型受体的mRNA灰度均值。 结果　胃癌原发灶组的TGFβⅡ型受体mRNA灰度均值显著低于非肿瘤组织对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,分化较差组、浸润组及伴有淋巴结转移组均分别明显低于分化较好组、膨胀组及无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To detect the activity of TGF β RⅡ on the aggressiveness and mtastasis of gastric cancer by analyzing tissue transforming growth factor β type II receptor (TGF β RⅡ) mRNA level in 29 cases of gastric carcinoma. Methods Gray value of TGF β RⅡ mRNA in the tissue was analyzed by dot blot and computer scanning. Results Gray value of TGF β RⅡ mRNA in the tissue was much lower in the group of gastric cancer than that of non-cancer control group ( P <0.001),and it was also significantly lower in groups with poor differentiation,invasiveness or metastatic lymph nodes than those of groups with well differentiation,expandedness or without metastatic lymph nodes ( P <0.05).Conclusion Tissue TGF β RⅡ might play a role on the invasive and metastatic progression of gastric carcinomas.
