摘　　要：目的　分析 HCC及其癌旁组织中 BMPs的含量。　方法　应用免疫组织化学 S- P法检测 15例 HCC及其癌旁组织中 BMPs的表达 ,并用图象分析仪进行灰度分析。　结果　 BMPs不均一的存在于 HCC及其癌旁组织中。BMPs在 HCC及其癌旁组织中平均灰度值分别为 97.0 4± 16 .38和 83.76± 16 .4 4 ,(P<0 .0 1)。　结论　癌旁组织中表达的BMPs量明显比癌组织多 ,提示 BMPs可能与 HObjective To make sure the quantitaty of BMPs exist in HCC and their surrounding liver tissues. Methods S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of BMPs in 15 HCC and their surrounding liver tissues. Image Analysis was used to explore BMPs content in them. Result The grayscale of HCC was 97.04±16.38 which was obviously higher than pericarcinomatous tissue (83.76±16.44, P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of BMPs might be involved in the carcinogenesis of HCC.
