摘  要:以全国重点区域土壤环境质量数据库为数据源,依据pH值、有机质含量、阳离子交换量筛选出时间、空间分布不连续的3组402个土壤样品,对土壤中Cu有效态含量与全量的相关性进行了统计分析。结果表明,在pH值5~6.5与有机质含量1%~2.5%、pH值5~6.5与有机质含量2.5%~4%、pH值7.5~8.5与有机质含量1%~2.5%的3种土壤条件下(阳离子交换量均为15~30cmol(+).kg-1),土壤中Cu的有效态含量与全量之间均存在显著的相关性,相关系数分别为0.681,0.694,0.617;3种土壤条件下均能在Cu有效态含量与全量之间建立起有意义的回归方程,分别为:y=8.409-0.558x+0.019x2(R2=0.492,P<0.001),y=e(2.902-29.884/x)(R2=0.518,P<0.001),y=9.011-1.206x+0.059x2-0.001x3(R2=0.535,P<0.001)。相对人工控制条件下的盆栽试验而言,上列回归方程来自自然条件下的大样本田间统计,对农业生产更具指导意义。In this paper,the relativity between available Cu and total Cu concentrations in soils were analyzed,402 soil samples in 3 teams with non-continuous spatial-temporal distribution were selected from the typical region soil environmental quality database according to pH,organic matter concentrations(OMC),CEC.The results showed that under the soil conditions of pH 5~6.5 and OMC 1%~2.5%,pH 5~6.5 and OMC 2.5%~4%,pH 7.5~8.5 and OMC 1%~2.5%(CEC 15~30 cmol(+)·kg-1),there were evident correlation between soil available Cu contents and total Cu contents,r= 0.681,0.694,0.617.Under the forenamed 3 soil conditions the curvilinear regression function based on available contents and total contents could be defined as,y=8.409-0.558x+0.019x2(R2=0.492,P<0.001),y=e(2.902-29.884/x)(R2=0.518,P<0.001),y=9.011-1.206x+0.059x2-0.001x3(R2=0.535,P<0.001).Compared with potting experimental results,the forenamed regression functions were more significant for agriculture.
