摘 要:采用二次回归饱和D-最优设计,以腐植酸的两组分-富里酸、胡敏酸为材料,研究其对小白菜吸收Cd的影响。结果表明:胡敏酸能抑制小白菜对Cd的吸收,从而减轻Cd对植物的危害,据此胡敏酸可作为镉污染土壤的改良剂;富里酸却能促进小白菜对Cd的吸收,如果对Cd污染土壤进行植物修复,则施用富里酸能获得较好的效果。By a quadratic regression optimum design,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of two fractions of humus(FA and HA) on uptake of Cd by pakchoi(Brassica chinensis) in Cd contaminated soil.The results showed that Cd contents in shoot were significantly correlated with humus fractions.The presence of HA could reduce the toxicity of Cd,and inhibit accumulation of Cd in shoots.However FA could help pakchoi to collect Cd in shoot.It may be concluded that FA can be used as an effective amendment in improving absorption of Cd by the plant to meet remediation of the contaminated soil.
