摘 要:针对当前高等学校对创新教育教学的模糊认识,以分析创新能力内涵及其构成元素为出发点,把创新能力聚类为显性特征集和隐性特征集,提出对大学生应注重创新能力隐性特征的培养。通过分析隐性特征集的培养薄弱要素,给出创新思维、创新方法和创新心理等要素以及专业教育与创新教育相融合是目前创新教育的薄弱环节,为开展创新教育教学改革提供依据。In view of the current fuzzy understanding of innovation education teaching of the universities,to analyze the connotation and and its elements of innovation ability as a starting point,the clustering innovation ability as the dominant character set and the recessive character set,put forward to college students should pay attention to the cultivation of innovation ability recessive character.The cultivation of the weak elements, through the analysis of the recessive feature set is given innovative thinking and innovative method and innovative psychological elements and the integration of professional education and innovation education is the weak link of innovation education, provide the basis for developing innovation education teaching reform.
