摘　　要：在研究生教育中着力推进创新创业教育,是国家深化教育教学改革,推进素质教育的重大举措。在创新创业的大背景下,地方院校专业硕士的培养如何适应科技创新创业的要求,如何着眼地方特色,服务区域经济。该文从专业学位硕士的培养目的、国内外创新创业教育比较、地方院校创新创业与专业硕士的结合三个方面展开讨论,分析地方院校专业硕士教育的现状、存在的问题,并提出具体对策。Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in postgraduate education is a significant move for the country to deepen educational teaching reform and promote quality education. Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education, how to adapt the cultivation of professional master education in local universities to the requirements of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship, how to focus on local characteristics and serve regional economy are large tasks. The cultivation purpose of professional master degree, the comparison of innovation and entrepreneurship in China and abroad, and combination of innovation and entrepreneurship in local universities and professional masters were discussed in this paper. The current situation and existing problems of education in local universities were analyzed, and the specific countermeasures were proposed.
