摘　　要：该文总结了目前民族院校辅导员的学生管理工作的困境,再通过介绍DISC行为风格理论的简单原理,基于此原理帮助民族院校辅导员走出困境,更好地了解自己的学生,预测和研判学生基于自己的行为风格可能会做出的表现,调整学生的行为,加强和学生之间的沟通,以提高学生管理工作中的针对性和有效性。This paper summarizes the predicament of the student management of counselors in ethnic colleges,and then introduces the simple principle of DISC's behavior style theory, based on which the counselors can get out of the dilemma and better understand their students. In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of student management, the author predicts and studies the possible performance of students based on their own behavior style, adjusts students' behavior, and strengthens communication with students.
