摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,如何培养大学生的创新创业意识是高校教育需要思考的问题。该文通过对一例"学渣"般的大学生四年的跟踪,总结出作为一名高校辅导员需要从学习、行为习惯、自信心等方面鼓励与激发学生敢于就业、勇于创新。Under the background of 'mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation ', how to cultivate college students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship is a problem that college education needs to consider. Based on the four-year follow-up of a student who is like a 'student slag', this paper concludes that as a college teacher, we should encourage and inspire students to be brave in employment and innovation from the aspects of study, life, behavior habits and self-confidence.
