摘　　要：该文通过对新时代发展背景下的国家相关法律政策、社会经济的转型、当前职业教育体制、人们对高素质教育的现实需求以及当前高职院校所具备的实际教学情况和条件五个模块对新常态下民办高职院校转型发展进行了战略性的分析研究,综合深入考虑了其动力成因。This paper studies the five main driving factors that promote the strategic thinking of the transformation and development of private higher vocational education in China: national laws and policies in the new era, social and economic transformation and upgrading, the construction of modern vocational education system, the new needs of the people to receive high-quality education, and the conditions of Private Higher Vocational Education itself.
