摘 要:区域经济发展实践表明提高产业核心竞争力的有效手段之一就是大力发展现代服务业,同时发展现代服务业也是解决就业问题的重要途径。论文分析了浙江省现代服务业GDP占比及就业占比(2004—2015年),同时结合就业弹性公式分析浙江省现代服务业吸收劳动力的能力和对就业的拉动作用。最后对浙江省现代服务业中各个分行业进行了结构偏离度分析,进而提出关于浙江省现代服务业发展与就业的相关建议。The practice of regional economic development shows that one of the effective means to improve the core competitiveness of industry is to vigorously develop modern service industry, and the development of modern service industry is also an important way to solve the employment problem. This paper analyzes the GDP ratio and employment ratio of modern service industry in zhejiang province(2004—2015), and analyzes the ability of modern service industry in zhejiang province to absorb labor force and its driving effect on employment by combining the employment elasticity formula. Finally, the paper analyzes the structural deviation degree of each branch industry in the modern service industry of zhejiang province, and puts forward some Suggestions on the development and employment of the modern service industry in zhejiang province.
