摘 要:在高校,实施快乐体育教学,不仅能够充分提高学生的身体体能素质,并且有利于学生心理健康水平的进一步提高,以实现学生的全面能力发展,培养学生树立终身体育的理念和意志。所以,高校的体育教师要进一步的提高课堂教学的效率。在快乐体育的正确理念指导下,为高校的体育教学文化事业运用多种教学模式和手段,让学生在体验成功、快乐和和谐的氛围中锻炼成才。In colleges and universities, the implementation of happy physical education teaching, not only can fully improve the physical fitness of students, and is conducive to the further improvement of students' mental health level, in order to achieve students' comprehensive ability development, cultivate students to establish the concept and will of lifelong sports. Therefore, physical education teachers in colleges and universities should further improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
